Welcome to the Classic/Retro Quinton and Nola Homepage. A classic is something that has become a unique symbol or icon of a time gone by, and retro usually refers to that which is old and nostalgic, but still very cool and interesting. We feel that Quinton and Nola are all these things!!! Quinton and Nola were GL's counter to GH's Luke and Laura during the early 80s and even in some daytime magazines of the time, such as Afternoon TV, they were as popular, if not more. It is hard to believe that it is over 25 years since we experienced the first taste of the Quint/Nola romance, mystery and magic. Any true Quint & Nola fan does not acknowledge what could be called pseudo or faux Quola from 1996, so we will not discuss that and only move the original material from the old site. Last year, we had the pleasure of interviewing both Lisa Brown and Michael Tylo. The interview has been very well received and visited, and we also caught the attention of soapcentral.com, guidinglightcity.com and Soap Opera Digest!! We are thrilled to have the support of both of these actors and to learn that they care as much about the integrity of Quint & Nola as we do. We firmly hold our position that we would support Quint as played by Michael Tylo and Nola as played by Lisa Brown to return TOGETHER on GL, but with the current unfortunate state of affairs at GL, that may not be possible any time in the near future.
